Data processed

Account identity, organization membership, VPN user and device records, public and assigned IP addresses, session timestamps, traffic counters, security events, and operational telemetry.

Purpose and protection

Data is used to provide and secure managed VPN access, enforce limits, investigate abuse, and maintain auditable operations. Tenant controls, encryption, access restrictions, and retention jobs protect it.

Requests and retention

The operating company must publish a verified privacy contact. Contractual, security, billing, and legal obligations determine retention and deletion timelines.
